This document explains the complete booking flow, responsibilities, and operational structure of BharatFare. It provides a transparent overview while clearly defining user and platform responsibilities.
1. Overview
- BharatFare is an online travel booking platform that connects users with airlines through secure systems.
- BharatFare does not operate flights and does not influence airline rules or pricing.
2. Search Process
- Users enter travel details such as origin, destination, dates, passenger count, and preferences.
- The system fetches available fares from airline partners and third party suppliers.
- Displayed fares are subject to change until payment is completed.
3. Fare Display
- Fare results include base fare, taxes, and service fee when applicable.
- Due to real time airline systems, fares may increase or become unavailable during the booking process.
4. Traveller Information Entry
- Users must enter correct traveller details including name, date of birth, passport information, and contact information.
- Any mistake may lead to penalties or the inability to travel.
- Airlines may refuse corrections; where allowed, correction fees apply.
5. Payment Process
- Payment is made through secure third party gateways such as Stripe or Razorpay.
- BharatFare does not store card details.
- A booking is not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
6. PNR Generation
- After successful payment, an airline PNR is generated.
- The PNR confirms that the booking is held with the airline.
- If a PNR cannot be generated due to airline issues, the payment will be refunded.

- BharatFare submits requests to the airline on behalf of users.
- Refunds follow standard timelines set by airlines.
10. Amendments and Date Changes
- Changes depend on airline rules.
- Fare difference and penalties may apply.
- Some fares do not allow changes under any circumstances.

- Users must verify visa, passport, and travel document validity.
- BharatFare is not responsible for losses caused by invalid documentation.
13. Multi Airline or Connecting Flights

- Missing a separate onward connection is not covered by the airline or BharatFare.
14. Communication Channels
- Users can reach BharatFare through email or WhatsApp for support.
- Support response time may vary based on volume and airline handling times.
15. Platform Limitations
- BharatFare does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
